If I was a famous author I would publish a book with ten different endings which all went to print with varying degrees of rarity, but not tell the fans about it so that I could watch their confusion as they disagree over how the story ended. Then when they figured it out I would ‘come clean’, telling them that I...

lucidlymiaou asked: At the end of their time-lock, they all died. Them and the Daleks. The Doctor killed them. They knew they were going to die, that's why the End of Time occurred. They planned so that they could escape the Time War through the Master, but they were thwarted by the Doctor, and therefore they all ended up getting killed by the Doctor.

DW spoilers below the cut.
[[MORE]]So, a lot of people are speculating that John Hurt’s incarnation of the Doctor was responsible for killing the time lords. But how can he have killed them if they’re still alive? Does no one remember The End of Time? The time lords are alive, but they’re all time-locked! So unless that’s seen as such a terrible act, I doubt that’s...

It’s a shame really. Most places don’t even have paper applications anymore. Nearly everywhere is online. I’d suggest taking your laptop or what not and go to the library. The wifi is free, has no time limit, and works as well as looking from home.
Ugh, I know, right? But apparently, my parents...

So, I’m a bit stressed right now. Not only do I have a 6-page paper due in less than two weeks (which I haven’t officially started), but I also have online homework to do in the meantime, and I still don’t have a job nor do I have a lot of time to look for one (as evidenced by the homework).
But of course, things can be made that much worse. My dad comes into the room this...

you know, i’m a raging lesbian and i was never distracted by what other girls in my classes were wearing in high school. this is a male problem, not an “attracted to women” problem.
This is an “inability to respect women” problem.
Which is a male problem.

I need a new pair of pajama pants. I currently have some Guitar Hero pants and some Spiderman pants, but the Spiderman pants have holes in the knees and are coming apart at the seams (TMI? I dunno). So what kind of nerdy PJ pants should I buy to replace them?

In regards to taxing violent video games
Me: This is silly! It'd be like taxing water usage and sending the money to victims of tsunamis!
Response: Now hold on, you might be on to something. Most violent killers have drank water at least a few times in their lives, so obviously we need to start taxing it, as that makes the victims less dead somehow. It only makes sense.
